RETAILER CRITERIA
· Must have physical structure in which to sell products out of.
· Must supply business license, business owner's name and anyone else who may be in charge of purchasing.
· Must have tax ID number, you are required to fax or send a copy.

Type of Business who May Resell/Distribute:
· Supplement/Vitamin Store
· Health Food Store
· Gym/Health Club
· Sports Oriented Chiropractors/Doctors
· Sports Oriented Business
· Warehouse Distribution

DISTRIBUTOR CRITERIA
(To receive the lowest possible "Distributor Rate")
· Must have an adequate structure (warehouse) in which to distribute large volume of products.
· Must distribute at leaset four (4) other product lines, 2 of which are national brands.

*Individuals who do not possess the above qualifications may not sell REEVES NUTRITION products.
